I need to talk to someone I have sent several messages. The messages in return do not directly answer my questions.
I have two expensive pairs of shoes one which is too large and the other arrived damage. I was pit of the country when I received the last message.

These are slightly smaller than my normal Thursday size, I need a 9.5. Classic Captains, mustang color.
I've already returned the size 9s to the ups store, about 5 minutes ago. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I canceled an order because I bought the wrong color and then I re-purchased in the right color and they were able to cancel the order for me over the weekend

Boots were very nice boots.
I suggest you use a died thread for the double stitch on the sole. The white stitch is to bright
Also suggest using a thicker gauge leather going up above the heal and farther rather than using a thinner leather
Not a fan of boot lace catches versus an actual grommet to put lace through
Larger more easily handled boot pull would be awesome also
AS OF NOW WAITING TO HEAR FROM THURSDAY BOOT.

I ordered a jacket and I received it. The jacket is beautiful so Im very disappointed that a size extra large does not fit.
The extra large feels more like a size large.

Ordered the wrong size of boots for Christmas
You cant speak with a live person to cancel my order. Thats the problem with online ordering.
You have no recourse except to let them deliver the wrong size. Its then up to you to return them, wait until they receive them, and then get your money in 7-10 days.
For people ordering for Christmas run the risk of the right size being out of stock! This is ridiculous, and its most every company!
Did not receive purchase and now am not being told if I will get it by Christmas. Very slow response from customer service. Please answer asap.
I have sent several emails and texts about my jacket not delivered to the correct address. I was finally told, after days after my first text, that it would be resent but no one has answered my question of whether or not I will receive it by Christmas. Customer service response is very slow!!!

Customer service said they would send a replacement. If that happens in time for Christmas then good.
But waiting for confirmation. Wish they would respond more quickly and wish there was a phone number to call.

I have been online for hours. It keeps trying to sell me something.
That's not acceptable.
A perfect example is that it asks for an order number but does not provide a keyboard. The order number is 326****.

Did not receive a refund for returned sneakers. Instead of a refund a second deduction from my card was made.
